Dear Volunteers,

Aegean Forest Foundation has been working for 20 years with its motto “Next Generations should not say “There are No Forests” to protect our nature and environmental future.  

The scorching heat of summer blasts the trees, the fires resulting from the rising temperature destroys hectares of forestlands. Deers, birds, insects are burned as well as millions of trees. Financial part can be compensated but the life in those lands ends up together with plants and animals. Preventing forest fires and protecting our beaches, bays, rivers, lakes, seas can be attained through education.

For this reason Joining Aegean Forest Foundation Volunteer army is very important.

Volunteerism is working for a goal that one believes in its benefit and sincerity. Volunteerism is being sensitive to the environment, society and the World. The goals of Aegean Forest Foundation can be attained only through generous efforts of our volunteers. 

Aegean Forest Foundation always needs expert volunteers from different professions who can transfer their knowledge to our projects; students having education in different fields and volunteer trainers. 

In the office of Aegean Forest Foundation we come together as a large family under the name of “Tuesday Volunteer Meeting” and are informed by experts. We organize nature trips, sapling planting ceremonies, trainings and workshops. Our registered volunteers are informed about our activities by SMS. 

Being a volunteer of Aegean Forest Foundation is a privilege.
